Refund policy

We will consider the return or exchange of an item where the item is returned in a new and unused condition in the original packaging with all product tags attached. You may test an item indoors in the comfort of your home/office for size and fit. An item used outside of your home/office for any length of time at all, will not be accepted for return or refund. This is strictly applied. Decisions by t-rockets are final. Notification of a fitment issue must be received by t-rockets in writing at orders@t-rockets.co.za within 48 hours of  customer receipt of item purchased. One size exchange per item purchased will be considered by t-rockets. Further exchanges are for the customers account with aforementioned conditions applying. Refunds will be paid on receipt of returned unused items.

Gift cards are non refundable.

In the event of product malfunction due to our workmanship, and only in the event of normal reasonable usage, we will at our cost repair such product, or if unrepairable, replace the product. 

All returns, exchanges, repairs and any other work requiring the return and resending of an item, will be facilitated only with the use of Pudo lockers as the courier service.
